1. About Warriors

Warriors: Fitness Challenges ("Warriors", "we", "us", or "our") is a social fitness application operated under the Warriors brand. It lets users create profiles, share fitness-related content, communicate with other users, join free-entry contests, earn and use WPoints, request eligible vouchers, and access products offered through the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Warriors. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

3. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Keep your password and device secure and do not share one-time codes.
• Use only one account unless Warriors expressly allows otherwise.
• Do not impersonate another person or use a misleading identity.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure for which Warriors is legally responsible. We may require reasonable verification before assisting with sensitive account requests.

4. Licence to use the app

Subject to these Terms, Warriors grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app for its intended purposes. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, interfere with, scrape, bypass security controls, or commercially exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Fitness safety and no medical advice

Fitness activities can involve risk of injury. Content, contests, and community posts in Warriors are provided for general information and motivation and are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional care. Consider your health, surroundings, equipment, and ability before attempting an activity. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms, and seek qualified medical assistance when appropriate.

Never attempt a challenge in an unsafe place or while driving, and do not take risks merely to create a submission or improve a ranking.

6. Contests and results

• Contests in the current Google Play release are free to enter.
• Each contest may have additional eligibility rules, deadlines, submission requirements, judging criteria, reward allocation, and participant limits shown in the app.
• Submissions must be your own, comply with these Terms, and be received before the stated deadline.
• We may reject, disqualify, or remove submissions that are late, unsafe, fraudulent, manipulated, duplicated, infringing, or otherwise non-compliant.
• Results are determined using the disclosed contest process and authorised review. We may correct genuine technical, scoring, or administrative errors.

Entry does not guarantee selection, ranking, a reward, or uninterrupted participation. Where contest-specific rules conflict with these Terms, the contest-specific rules govern that contest to the extent permitted by law.

7. WPoints

WPoints are limited, non-cash, in-app reward points. They are not legal tender, stored money, a deposit, an investment, or a transferable asset. WPoints cannot be converted to INR or any other currency, withdrawn, paid out, sold, transferred between users, or exchanged outside the options expressly offered in Warriors.

WPoints may be credited for eligible contest results or authorised activities and may be deducted for eligible vouchers or products. We may correct duplicate, fraudulent, erroneous, reversed, or unauthorised credits or debits. Except where required by law, unused WPoints expire when the related account is permanently deleted and have no cash refund value.

8. Vouchers, products, and fulfilment

• Voucher and product availability, required WPoints, quantity limits, validity periods, delivery coverage, and other offer terms may vary.
• Voucher requests may require administrative review and are not complete until approved and fulfilled.
• Third-party vouchers may also be subject to the issuer's terms, expiry dates, exclusions, and redemption rules.
• You must provide accurate recipient and delivery information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information you supply.
• We may cancel and restore the applicable WPoints if an item or voucher becomes unavailable or a request cannot be fulfilled.

Any product-specific return, replacement, cancellation, or delivery terms displayed with an offer or at checkout form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law. Contact support promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not delivered.

9. User content

You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading or sharing content, you grant Warriors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, display, distribute, and adapt that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and present the service and its contests. This licence respects the audience and visibility choices provided by the app and ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup, legal, moderation, and technical retention.

You confirm that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions for your content, including the people, music, trademarks, locations, and other protected material appearing in it.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use Warriors to:

• post unlawful, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative, deceptive, or dangerously misleading content;
• bully, stalk, impersonate, defraud, spam, or invade another person's privacy;
• infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
• promote self-harm, dangerous conduct, controlled substances, illegal gambling, or unlawful goods or services;
• manipulate contests, rankings, engagement, WPoints, vouchers, accounts, or technical systems;
• upload malware or attempt unauthorised access, disruption, automated extraction, or security testing; or
• collect or expose another user's personal information without lawful authority.

11. Social features, chat, and moderation

Other users are responsible for their own content and conduct. Use care when communicating or meeting anyone and do not send sensitive information through public posts or chat. You can report content or contact support when you believe something violates these Terms.

We may review, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content and account information where reasonably necessary to operate the service, investigate reports, enforce these Terms, protect safety or rights, or comply with law. We are not required to pre-screen every item of user content.

12. Warriors intellectual property

The Warriors name, logo, app design, software, graphics, and service content supplied by Warriors are owned by or licensed to Warriors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

13. Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using Warriors at any time and may request permanent account deletion through the app or our account-deletion page. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for a serious or repeated breach, fraud, safety risk, legal requirement, or threat to the service or other users. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.

Account deletion and data retention are governed by our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, will continue to apply.

14. Changes and service availability

We may add, remove, suspend, or change features, contests, WPoints opportunities, voucher offers, products, and technical requirements. We aim to operate the service reliably but do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Planned maintenance, network failures, platform changes, force majeure, and other circumstances may affect availability.

15. Third-party services

Warriors uses third-party infrastructure and may link to third-party products, voucher issuers, websites, or content. Their separate terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Warriors is not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warriors is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy where those warranties may lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee fitness outcomes, contest selection, user conduct, content accuracy, product availability, or a particular WPoints or voucher benefit. Mandatory warranties and consumer rights remain unaffected.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warriors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other mandatory legal obligations.

18. Your responsibility for claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Warriors for reasonable losses, liabilities, and costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the service, material breach of these Terms, or content that infringes another person's rights. This does not apply to losses caused by Warriors or where such responsibility cannot legally be imposed on a consumer.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in India, subject to any mandatory right you have to bring proceedings elsewhere.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the app, business model, or law changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice in the app when a change is material. If required, we will ask you to accept the updated Terms. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply, except where law requires another form of consent.

21. General terms

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our consent. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable contest or offer rules form the agreement between you and Warriors for the service.
